SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING-
Most orders ship the same day or the following business day by Federal Express or USPS. You will be sent an email when your order ships. Priority will be given to Next Day
and 2nd day orders and every effort will be made to ship these orders the same day. We ship within the US and Canada. If you need an item shipped to another country
please contact us before placing your order.

RETURNS-
You may return all items purchased Wild Bird Store within 15 days of delivery.  All items must be returned in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. 
Please contact us before returning any item for prior approval 218-829-5436.  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of
receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns or items returned used,
damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.

DAMAGED ITEMS-
If you have received an item that was damaged, please email us at info@wild-bird-store.com or call us at 218-829-5436. We will need to know what type of damage was
incurred and the the condition of the shipping box. This will help us determine if the item was damaged during shipping. We will instruct you as to what needs to be
done with the damaged item. Before reporting missing items, please be sure to remove all of the packing material and open all boxes completely to check for items,
especially small ones that might be overlooked. Damaged and missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 business days from receipt of order.

INCORRECT ITEMS-
Notify us immediately if you receive an incorrect item and we will re-ship the correct item and send a call tag to pick up the incorrect item.

BACKORDER POLICY-
In the event we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone.  You will have the option of waiting until the item becomes
available, or receiving a full refund immediately upon notification of the backordered item.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our products ship directly from various warehouses and distributors. Please be sure to ship the merchandise directly back to us. If the
merchandise is returned to the warehouse or distributor a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
